The plastic riser fits with the floor pocket and provides a smoother wheel ride over the pockets when they are not flush mounted.

Q'Vest (Q5-6400-01-S and Q5-6400-01-L)
The Q'Vest is universal and fits ALL! Two sizes only, 20-60 lbs. (Q5-6400-01-S) and 60 lbs.+ (Q5-6400-01-L). It meets FMVSS 209/302. It has has been crash tested at 30 mph (50 kph) at 20g's on a school bus seat, and crash tested according to 213 standards.
